Rockler Magnetic Cord KeepersIf you ever get tired of stepping on unplugged power tool cords in the shop, or wish you could tidy them up at the bench or around battery chargers, Rockler just introduced an inexpensive solution to the problem. The new Magnetic Cord Keepers offer the holding power of a rare-earth magnet and the convenience of a 5/16-in. clip-in opening, made to hold a standard-thickness power tool cord. It's also the right size to store a pencil or the chuck key for a drill press. Keepers measure 1-1/2 in. in diameter and are 7/8-in. thick. You get two in a pack for $7.99.
