The AngleWright woodworkers' Height Gauge from 21st Century Scientific provides knobs for both macro and micro height adjustments of several different woodworking tools, including routers, shapers, table saws and radial arm saws. Its 3-1/4" measuring range allows adjustments of up to a 10" table saw, and it can also be used to adjust table saw blades. The AngleWright Height Gauge can assist in making adjustments accurate to 1/128". It sells for $135.
