Cherry Four Post Bed

Here is the completion of a year-long (off and on) project to make a cherry four post bed. The posts and solid and made from reclaimed barn beams. There are 23 individual turnings that make up the bed. After putting the bed in place we needed and bench at the foot of it so I made a simple garden bench out of the left over cherry stock. It was the biggest turning project I have done so far. Now my wife says I need to make four more, one for each daughter.
