Cherry Jewelry Box
Issue:
Issue 237
Posted Date:
12/1/2009
This is a cherry wood jewelry box I made for my wife for our 10 year anniversary. It is all solid cherry saved from a few raised panel doors I picked up at a local flea market for next to nothing, even the back is made from 2"x1/4" solid slats (I didn't have any cherry plywood). It is 27"x13"x7" with a semi-gloss lacquer finish. Needless to say, she is due for an even bigger one already ... not that i mind spending more time in the shop... - Andy Marshall; Visalia, CA.
