Improve Visibility when Free Hand Routing

When free hand routing, the pattern line is sometimes obscured by wood chips and sawdust, making it difficult or impossible to follow. Try wrapping a narrow piece of masking tape around the router bit, leaving a short end of the tape hanging loose just about the surface of the workpiece. It has a mini-fan effect, keeping the lines clear of wood dust.
