When I am finished a project, and the final finish is dry, I apply a light coat of paste wax with an 800 grit sandpaper to the piece. This removes all the last “bits and fuzzies” and provides some protection to the project. Then I buff it all out with a piece of terry cloth or cheese cloth to brighten it up.
