The patent-pending Brass Pizza Cutter Turning Kit includes a sharp 4" diameter stainless steel pizza-cutting blade attached to a solid brass body, as well as a 5/16" threaded insert to attach a custom-turned handle and to remove it when you put the cutting portion in the dishwasher.
