The foot-activated, lever-action lift mechanism raises or lowers objects on four 2-3/8 inch urethane casters. When fully engaged, the four casters provide 3/4" of floor clearance, for mobility of workbenches weighing up to 400 pounds. When the casters are disengaged, the full weight of the workbench remains on the shop floor.
