313TPiGaging-Work-Light1Task lighting is a real benefit when doing precision work, and it also comes in handy if your overall shop lighting situation is poor. iGaging's new Articulating Magnetic LED Work Light with Universal Mounting Plate can shine a bright beam of light wherever you need it, thanks to a few unique features.

First, the 4-in.-long, solid aluminum flashlight body contains 14 "super bright" LEDs and is powered by three AAA batteries that are included. It mounts to a 7-1/4-in. aluminum arm that articulates at three joints which tighten with a single knob. A quick release clip holds the flashlight and the arm together. iGaging Work Light2The base of the arm contains a focused magnet offering 40 lbs. of holding power, so you can attach it to any cast-iron or steel tool or work surface, including drill presses, band saws and table saws.

Incremental Tools also provides a 1/8-in.-thick steel plate with screws and nuts to extend the mounting capabilities of this light to other non-metal shop surfaces, too. iGaging's Articulating Magnetic LED Work Light and Universal Mounting Plate (item IGA-34-1460) is available now for $39.95.
