In the June 2011 issue, Sandor Nagyszalanczy reviews seven of the best jigsaws on the market using a variety of criteria. This chart shows how each model performed in the separate categories, along with their final scores and rankings.

* Fastest time awarded 30 pts. Slower times get points proportionally.

**One point awarded for each feature and accessory. These include: Rubber handle/body overmold, variable speed trigger, soft start, blade guide, guide user settable, built-in dust collection, dust blower, blower adjustable, flip-down blade guard, LED, bevel detents (each counts as a point), tool-less bevel adjust, bevel tightness control, detachable power cord, plastic case, chip extractor, chip guard, splinter guard, vacuum adapter, shoe cover.

^ Points equal actual weight of tool subtracted from 10.

^^ Price points calculated with this formulae: Lowest priced saw gets 200 points. Highest priced saw gets 200 minus total range of prices ($216) divided by .02 times the highest price ($301). Other saws are awarded price points proportionally.
