A recall is in effect involving model number R4511 Ridgid 10" Table Saws with date codes between CD0829 and CD0837. The arbor shaft can fail when used with a stacked dado set, causing the stacked blade set to be ejected from the saw, which poses a laceration hazard. A recall is in effect involving model number 27017 Rockler LED Magnifying Light Kit and model number 26429 Rockler LED Spotlight Light Kit purchased between March 27, 2009 and October 25, 2009. Defective wiring in the light kits can cause the battery pack to overheat and explode, posing a risk of burn and fire hazard to consumers.
