MicroZip Sander: Tackling Tiny Details

MicroZip Sander: Tackling Tiny Details

You think you’re done with a project, and then – the final sanding. Of all those nifty, tiny, hard-to-reach details. If you leave them unsanded, you’ll always know.

You just may be able to reach them, though, with the new MicroZip™ Sander from  Gator™ Finishing products. Like the Zip Sander they came out with last year, the MicroZip is made from high density foam with quick change hook-and-loop sandpaper. Unlike its bigger cousin, the MicroZip’s dimensions are three and one-half by one inches. Gator says that’s the smallest hand sanding tool on the market.

It’s meant to be used in small areas, whether for sanding, paint removal or more. It comes with 10 sheets each of three different grits of sandpaper: 80-grit for stripping, 120-grit for sanding and 220-grit for fine finishing, and refills are available in various grits for different purposes.
