An exercise in frame and panel construction, this elegant highboy has eight obvious drawers and a couple more hidden behind a door. The drawers and the feet call for dovetail joinery. This piece was custom designed for a lady who is 5 foot 2 inches tall, so she could see into the top drawers. All ten drawers are a full 22" deep, allowing for maximum storage space without intruding into the room too much. This is a project for intermediate and advanced skill levels.
