This project plan appeared in Woodworker's Journal Volume 8, Issue 3, Page 26. May/Jun 1984. This sturdy and attractive outdoor chair folds almost flat for storage, and
opens up to reveal curved legs and a slatted seat. Assembly is with glue and
screws, except for a pair of hex bolts that provide the swivel effect. Built
in mahogany or teak, this is a stunning addition to a deck or patio. If you
have access to a band saw, you can build this chair.
