This project plan appeared in Woodworker's Journal Volume 13, Issue 3, Page 30. May/Jun 1989. Here's a basic box with simple dado construction that can be turned out in
a day. The upholstered lid turns this toy box into a handy seat for little folks,
and the included scaled number templates let you router a relief number in each,
so every child has his or her own box. All you need are a table saw, router,
saber saw, sander and a few shop hours.
