Kitchen Clock - 19th Century (8:1:52)
Kitchen Clock - 19th Century (8:1:52) This project plan appeared in Woodworker's Journal Volume 8, Issue 1, Page 52. Jan/Feb 1984.

This is a plan for a kitchen or parlor clock, an item that was immensely popular from about 1870 to 1930. Most of them were made in Connecticut and environs by such well-known companies as Seth Thomas and the Waterbury Clock Co. The plan is for the case, and it is a very solid one with lots of photos and drawings. Once you have reviewed the plan, it's a good idea to have your movement and dial on hand (call 800-610-0883 for a catalog) before you start cutting parts.
