This project plan appeared in Woodworker's Journal Volume 8, Issue 4, Page 32. Jul/Aug 1984. A mitered bird's-eye frame surrounds the glass tabletops of these dramatic
contemporary tables, and walnut accents add extra drama to their maple legs.
The aprons are spline mitered on the table saw (easier than you might think),
and the entire project is well within the scope of any woodworker with intermediate
or better skills.
Coffee Tables
Approx: 18" x 48" x 16-1/2" tall (coffee table)
Approx: 20" x 24" x 19-1/2" tall (end table)
