This project plan appeared in Woodworker's Journal Volume 3, Issue 1, Page 7. Jan/Feb 1979. This is a lovely, uncluttered design that's fairly easy to build. Beginning
woodworkers can add a couple of new skills to their repetoire with this project,
and more advanced hobbyists will enjoy choosing the right piece of walnut ply
for the top, chopping a few simple mortises for the leg braces, and band sawing
the gentle tapers on the legs, stretcher and bracing.
