This project plan appeared in Woodworker's Journal Volume 10, Issue 3, Page 36. May/Jun 1986.Three raised panel doors, five drawers and three large shelves add up to an
impressive amount of storage in this eclectic hutch. Built in two parts, the
design calls for finger-jointed drawers, mortise and tenon door frames, and
basic case construction (dadoes etc.) throughout the carcass. Minimal moldings
and profiled edges dress up the top fascia, the feet and base, and the drawer
fronts. This is a time-consuming but not too difficult project that is a lot
of fun to build.
