This project plan appeared in Woodworker's Journal Volume 9, Issue 4, Page 31. Jul/Aug 1985. Originally designed way back in 1985 at the beginning of the home computer
era (as a desk that could be used with or without a computer), this easily-built
unit is absolutely perfect for today's systems. It offers a large work surface
and adjustable shelves for the monitor, CPU, printer, scanner and other peripherals.
The joinery is half-laps, screws and glue, so just about anybody can build it.
This is a fairly inexpensive option, too.
Approx: 26" x 43-1/2" x 43" high
