This project plan appeared in Woodworker's Journal Volume 9, Issue 6, Page 56. Nov/Dec 1985. Here's a very easy-to-build organizer that turns a small table into a desk
in an instant, and can be hidden in a closet when not needed. it features cubby
holes and a drawer to store all your supplies. It's built from standard 1x6
and 1x10 pine boards, and this is definitely a project for a beginner with access
to a table saw and router. Though the plan doesn't show one, we think the addition
of a handsome brass or leather carrying handle would be a plus.
