This project plan appeared in Woodworker's Journal Volume 5, Issue 4, Page 21. Jul/Aug 1981. What better way to enjoy a rocking chair than to have a matching footrest that
rocks in unision with the chair. This deceptively simple little device features
a kitty cat silhouette and it can be build by anyone with access to a band,
scroll or saber saw and a drill. The joinery is dowels.
