This project plan appeared in Woodworker's Journal Volume 16, Issue 6, Page 56. Nov/Dec 1992. With a wooden hinge, splined and mitered corners, and matching chamfers on
the feet and lid handle, this is a showpiece for those exotic scraps you've
been saving. The plan shows a box made with cocobolo, bird's eye maple and ebony
accents, but any similar combination of dramatic woods will make the grade.
This is a very special little jewelry box, with a small tray that slides from
side to side and a most decorative lid. Plan on making several as the plan is
set up for production work.
Approx: 3-1/4'' x 6-7/8'' x 11''
