The box (or finger-lap) joint is used extensively in drawer construction and
to join the sides of fancy boxes. It is a pretty, decorative joint with a great
deal of strength. This jig uses your table saw and dado head to execute the
joint in a rapid and accurate manner. With this jig in your arsenal, you'll
never again have to resort to butt or rabbet joints on a drawer.Note: this plan is a photocopy of the original article. Shipping and handling is free for photocopied plans. Your order total will show a shipping charge, but it will be removed on your invoice.
