Box-Joint Jig (17:5:44)
Box-Joint Jig (17:5:44) This project plan appeared in Woodworker's Journal Volume 17, Issue 5, Page 44. Sep/Oct 1993.

Box joints are used on everything from drawers to case construction, jewelry boxes and pencil cases. They're the one with the interlocking "fingers", and the best way to mill them is with a dado head and a jig on the table saw. This jig goes a little farther than most, as it includes an incremental fence that allows you to dial up joints in increments of 1/8"... all the way up to 1-5/16" wide. That's a BIG finger!

Approx: 4-3/4" tall x 20" long
