This project plan appeared in Woodworker's Journal Volume 5, Issue 2, Page 16. Mar/Apr 1981. This is a good, solid, easy-to-build plan for a standard circle-cutting jig.
It begins with a table that sits on top of your band saw table. The radius of
the circle is determined by a sliding arm. The workpiece pivots on a point,
and you can theoretically make the jig as large as you want, to cut perfect
circles two, three, even four feet in diameter. Great for small tabletops!
