This project plan appeared in Woodworker's Journal Volume 6, Issue 1, Page 36. Jan/Feb 1982. This old buckboard seat was discovered in an antiwue shop and is the perfect
whimsical answer for a child's room, a hallway or as a window seat. Executed
in pine or oak, it features offset feat for stability, a three-leaf clover cutout
in the legs for luck, and a splayed seat that is actually very comfortable.
The construction joinery is simple and the end result is a very appealing, lightweight
bench.
