While it suits tots to four-year-olds, this sturdy little mount will be a welcome accent in any home, waiting for grandkids to come calling. This is not a difficult project to build, and especially so because the plan includes a great exploded view, plus scaled and dimensioned drawings for all parts including a color-coded painting guide. Screws and glue, a lot of band saw work, and a little patience all add up to a winner here.
