This project plan appeared in Woodworker's Journal Volume 8, Issue 2, Page 50. Mar/Apr 1984. Pint-sized cowboys will have lots of fun on this sturdy rocking horse made
of pine. The head requires a little carving, but since it's fairly simple, even
beginners should have little difficulty. The horse is assembled with screws,
dowels, glue and clamps. There are a couple of round tenons, but these can be
made with dowels, too.
