Lawyer's Bookcase (6:4:24)
Lawyer's Bookcase (6:4:24) This project plan appeared in Woodworker's Journal Volume 6, Issue 4, Page 24. Jul/Aug 1982.

Originally used by 18th century lawyers to store files, abstracts and titles, this handsome case is just at home holding modern phone books or magazines. The dividers are scrolled and the plan includes scaled, dimensioned drawings for them. An easily-made, built-up molding adds stature and mass to the base, while a simple ogee profile dresses up the top edge. The case is equipped with handle, for easy moving. And yes, it's stackable!
