Shannon, note above, has an interesting and fun idea about Lunar Abrasives. Just one problem. We don’t have warehouses full of Moon Rock – just a total of a few hundred pounds from all the trips. Sorry guys but we’ll have to stick with Earth bound Grit from Gator.

NASA has warehouses full of moon rocks that have been sitting around since the Apollo days. Maybe they could be broken up into an abrasive and put to use. Moon rock sandpaper would definately sell in the yuppie woodworking market!
