Dealing with dado tearout in plywood?

Q. He's tried different depths and feed rates, but he's still having problems.
(Michael Dresdner) "Sounds like the dado set is the problem. The best results will come from a sharp dado stack that has a negative rake on the teeth. That way, the bottom of the tooth cuts first, eliminating tearout. Take a look at a Forrest Dado King set and you will see what I mean about negative rake teeth -- and clean cuts.
