I make a lot of large arches and needed a way to sand out the band saw marks - both inside and out to a smooth, even curve. The solution was simple: make an auxiliary plywood table with a cutout for the sander drum and then install a couple of pegs, as shown. I can easily change the sanding radius by shifting the plywood table.
