My 9 inch bandsaw tire dried up and blew off the wheel. Bummer. I can get a new one from Harbor Freight but it has to come from the original manufacturer and would take 6 to 8 weeks, maybe. I went to the hardware store and purchased a roll of rubber electricians tape. I wound about 5 wraps of the tape as I stretched it to fit into the cavity of the wheel in a left hand wrap.That way when the wheel spun in the right hand direction it would not un-wrap itself. I ended the wrap at the beginning wrap point to minimize the bump of an overlap joint. I have been using this bandsaw without any problems what-so-ever.
