Sometimes, no matter how cool your drill is, you need to make a hole at an angle your bit normally couldn’t reach. You know I’m right. Luckily, there’s a handy dandy tool like the Milwaukee Heavy-duty Right Angle Attachment to make this easier.
It’s pretty intuitive how this works, actually. Slap it on your cordless drill (a 2.4 volt up to an 18 volt, with a 1/4″ chuck or larger) using the quick-change chuck, and stick a standard 1/4″ hex shank bit within it. Then drive, drive, drive away with screws up to #8 x 3″.
The attachment is small (2″), so it fits into tight areas – and into your tool pouch, toolbox or pocket. It’s also durable, with steel gears, ball bearing construction and all-metal housing that enable it to handle up to 235 inch-pounds of torque.
You can use the Right Angle Attachment with other accessories, too, and it’s a handy gadget for drilling between studs, installing cabinets or any of the many other uses you’ll think of. Find out more about it at www.milwaukeetool.com.
