Too Much of a Good Thing?

Rob-Portrait351If you’re reading this week’s eZine on the actual day that it’s issued, you’ll be reading it on Valentine’s Day. The day of love for reading about the hobby you love: how cool is that?

I love talking about woodworking with all of you – in fact I’m still reading all of your responses to my query last time about how you got started (I’ll share some stories soon.) And, in the next week or so, I’ll have the chance to engage in actual live conversations with some of you!

If you’re hanging out at home on Sunday night, Feb. 26th, step on over to your computer and join me for a live, online chat about woodworking’s past and future.

And, if you haven’t overdosed on me by then, and you live in the vicinity of Schaumburg, Illinois, come on down to the Rockler Woodworking and Hardware Store on Thursday, February 23rd! You’ll see me, live and in the flesh, doing a demo on tapering legs on a jointer from 4 to 7 p.m.

Beware, though: there’s only space enough for so many people at either of these events – I just can’t type fast enough to chat with all of you at once – so get there early (and type slowly)!

Sincerely,

— Rob Johnstone, Woodworker’s Journal
