Victorian Dollhouse

Victorian Dollhouse

Here are some pictures of a rather large Victorian style dollhouse that I built over the winter months. The project actually took six months to complete. The dimensions of the house including the table are 68″ long, 42″ deep and 67″ high. The basic house is built using 1/4″ and 3/8″ interior grade plywood. The siding is cut from poplar and the shingles, windows, doors and interior trim from cherry. Every piece in this project was made in my shop including the 4,000+ shingles on the roof. There are 8 sheets of plywood and about 100 ft. of rough cut lumber in the project.
