At what point is it no longer feasible or reasonable to sharpen a 10″ diameter carbide saw blade?
Carol Reed: I’d quit when the carbide tips are gone, or when so many tips need replacement that it is more cost effective to replace the blade.
Lee Grindinger: When you’re out of carbide, when the cost of re-toothing is more than the blade is worth, or when your sharpener says it’s shot.
