A Year Full of Opportunities

Rob-Portrait351As 2008 comes to a close I would like to take a few moments and offer my thanks to all of you who read the Woodworker’s Journal eZine. You have been my steady companions not only for ’08, but many of you have been part of the eZine community for years and years. I am grateful for your patronage and thankful for your graceful acceptance of our efforts.  You are the reason the eZine exists and the reason that I have the best job in the country. Thank you so much. And let me say that this expression of gratitude comes not only from me personally, but I am confident from the entire staff that makes the eZine possible.

2009 will be a new year, and although many folks are focusing on the challenges that we are experiencing at the moment, I am doing my best to be positive and look to the opportunities that are within our grasp. As Solomon wrote, there is a time and a season for everything under the sun, and the only thing certain is change. Which gives me cause to wish you a happy new year, full of change and wonder.

Best wishes for 2009.
