Hey, Whatcha Thinkin’?
Some of you may have noticed that our Web Surfer’s Review in the last several eZines has been about discussions gleaned from our Facebook page. There, because we are super-hip and totally down with the whole social media thing ― well, we have a Facebook page anyway ― we ask a woodworking question and let our Facebook friends answer it. It’s fun to read, and I have to say I really enjoy seeing what the Journal’s readers think about various topics.
As it stands now, one of our staff posts the original question to our Facebook followers. But we got to thinking that if I asked you, eZine readers, what questions most boggle you, woodworking-wise, we could put them on the page and the miracle of social media would not only provide answers, but would probably be more interesting stuff than anything I could come up with. So, what are you woodworkers wondering about? Send me your questions, and some of them will surely be Facebook-bound.
Rob Johnstone, Woodworker’s Journal
