Equipment or Design Failure?
My first cut worked great, but subsequent attempts pushed the 3/8″ saw blade “out” of track. Changing to new blade got the same result. What am I doing wrong?

Non-sanding Solution to Blade Burn?
Other than sanding, is there any other way to remove burn marks caused by a table saw blade? I use a Forrest blade and still get burn marks on oak.

The last visit to a lumberyard I asked for the 1/4″ maple veneer plywood I need for cabinet doors for my kitchen. I was answered with, ‘we don’t have it and you can’t get it.’

Setting Maximum Tenon Width
When mating wide boards with mortise and tenon joints, what is a good rule of thumb to use for the maximum width of the tenon, or at least, the maximum width to which glue should be applied?
