Space to Work
Here at the Woodworker’s Journal, we do a lot of surveys to find out what is going on in the world of woodworking. (Many of you belong to our survey group, so you know firsthand what I am talking about.) Something we’ve observed over the last several years is that many woodworkers are transitioning when it comes to their workshops. Some lucky ducks are building bigger and more elaborate workshops. Others, many of whom are moving out of their long-time family homes, are downsizing their shops. The challenge with getting bigger is paying for new tools to fill the space. The challenge to getting smaller is space to work.
Triton has a cool concept to help with the space challenge, so we had Chris Marshall take a look at their new TWX7 Workcentre. Check out the video and see what you think of it.

Spacer Makes Laminate Safer to Cut
Plastic laminate is thin enough to slip into the gap under a table saw rip fence, presenting a real safety hazard.
